Gail (Anagick) Schubert, represents the Alaska Native Justice Center (ANJC) as Board Vic-Chair. Ms. Schubert is licensed to practice law in Alaska and New York, and received her JD/MBA from Cornell, and BA from Stanford. Gail is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC), a Native regional corporation based in Nome. She also serves as President/CEO of several subsidiaries. In addition, she Chairs the Boards of the Alaska Native Heritage Center, Akeela Treatment Services, the Alaska Retirement Management Board and Koahnic Broadcast Corporation and; serves as the Vice President of the Association of ANCSA Regional Corporation Presidents and CEOs. Ms. Schubert is the Treasurer of the Alaska Native Arts Foundation and the Alaska Federation of Natives Board of Directors and; she represents the ANJC on the Alaska Rural Justice and Law Enforcement Commission.
